There is no need to press 1 for English, enter your account number, zip code, high school mascot, mother’s maiden name, etc. Just tell the person answering the phone your name and what you need, and you will be transferred to the proper person to help you. You won’t be pressing 2 for claims, 3 for client services, or wait on hold for 30 minutes for a service representative to pick up the line.
