About Us
With over 21 years in insurance and finance, Greg W. Howard, Sr., formed Monday Hope Financial Services in the summer of 2008. The firm is rapidly expanding its services and products to meet the needs of clients. By the end of 2008, the firm will be able to offer complete financial services to its clients.
As Christian financial advisors, we take our roles as stewards of our clients’ interests with the utmost care and reverence. We recognize that we are in a position of superior knowledge concerning the world of finance and insurance. We work very hard to help our clients understand all financial principles and transactions in which we assist.
In 1989, Greg married Sandra Elaine Mack of Dothan. Greg and Sandra met while working at an insurance company in Atlanta, GA, in 1988. He was working in the claims department, and she was working in underwriting service. They have two sons. The family attends and belongs to Wiregrass Church in Dothan, where they volunteer a portion of each Sunday, helping with the service or tending to the children of others during the various services.
Sandra works with Greg in the business in customer service and marketing. She is glad to help customers with their needs and to help them in any way possible.
Service is nothing new to us. Greg is an Eagle Scout and served for five years in the United States Marine Corps. He has been very active in the Boy Scouts of America as a Cubmaster and later as an Assistant Scoutmaster. While he does not have the time he used to have for scouting, he helps his older son in his scouting requirements to hopefully advance to the rank of Eagle for himself.
He took his first job with an insurance company in early 1987. Since then he has served in a number of capacities, with increasing responsibility before entering the field as an agent.
In addition to his work as a financial advisor and licensed agent, Greg is a college baseball umpire, working games from the junior college level up to non-conference Division I-A
